Refund & Return Policy – E Dog Harness (EDH)

At EDH – E Dog Harness, we want every customer to feel confident and satisfied with their purchase. To ensure transparency and fairness, please review our refund and return policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Returns & Exchanges

Return Window
We accept return requests within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received, including original packaging and tags.

Sizing Responsibility
We strongly encourage customers to review our size guide before ordering. Because proper fit is essential for dog safety and comfort, returns due to incorrect size selection are not eligible for a refund. However, we are happy to offer an exchange for another size, subject to availability.

Custom & Made-to-Order Items
Custom or made-to-order products are crafted specifically for your dog. These items are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Sale & Promotional Items
Items purchased during sales or promotional events are not eligible for cash refunds. In such cases, we offer store credit that can be used toward a future purchase.

Exchange Preference
Whenever possible, we encourage exchanges instead of returns. This allows us to serve you better while maintaining a sustainable handcrafted production process.

2. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement. Once an order enters production or processing, cancellation is no longer possible. Please double-check all order details before confirming your purchase.

3. Refund Process

Inspection & Approval
Once a returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via email regarding approval or rejection.

Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10–14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable and may be deducted from the refund where applicable.

Store Credit
For items not eligible for a cash refund, store credit will be issued. Store credit does not expire and can be used toward any future purchase on our website.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom or made-to-order products
  • Sale or promotional items
  • Gift cards

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund. In such cases, return shipping costs will be covered by EDH.
